Read about the new Gallo speakers yesterday - link here

    New Gallo Speakers

Anyone got any thoughts or opinions. Eric have you tried these out yet? Will these be a replacement for the original speakers or are these a second line of speakers?

It was mentioned a while ago that this range would be introduced and sold alongside the smaller ones.

Cheers for that - new to the forum and didn't realise that it would actually need editing. You're right about the poor code for HCC.

twice as expensive - possibly not twice as good! I'd seriously consider the smaller cheaper ones for my proposed set up

I doubt they they'd be twice as good.

I'm sure I read somewhere that even the 'Due', which is nearly three times the price of the micro's isn't twice as good.

£250 per speaker seems a bit steep to me. Add in the price of the stand/brackets and this is even higher. I'll reserve judgement until I've heard them for myself, but twice the price of a Micro?.....

Am I alone in thinking that a wall-bracket should come included anyway with a satellite speaker?

remember that the rrp for the gloss Micros is £175 a piece so its nowhere near double the cost for the Adiva.

There's a lot of speculation here from people who haven't heard them. Why not get down to Bristol for the show at the end of Feb and hear for yourselves as Gallo will be there :)

It does say in the article that wall brackets/table mounts are supplied.
