I have the same problem and it doesn't help if you change "HDMI Colour" to RGB or YUV...![]()
Are there any release notes for this?
Sorry if I've missed something - or if I'm being a bit thick, but what exactly is the HDMI "problem" being experienced? My DV137 is not operating with version 4.12, but I'd really like to know where the problem is.![]()
Yes, can either Bilbo77 or arcamsg please elaborate here? My DV139 is on firmware version 4.03, but I'm wary of upgrading until I know what the pitfalls are with this version.
I'm going to upgrade my DV139 with firmware 4.12 during this week. Sure hope it's going to fix my problems...
Great, but what are the problems you speak of?
And please let us know how the upgrade goes and if it does fix the problems you were having.
I've had several problems using the HDMI output:
1. No picture
2. Wrong colours
3. Clipping BTB signal
Upgraded my unit last night, but I haven't had time to evaluate new software yet. Will do it tonight...
So far I'm pretty impressed with the new software for the DV139. It has now fixed the green line problem I used to get at the bottom of the picture on my projector and at last I can now take it out of standby by just pressing the buttons on the front panel.
Crustyloafer, is doing the upgrade as simple as sticking the CD-ROM into the DV139? Must the display (plasma / LCD / projector etc.) be switched off / in standby? Thanks.
What are the changes to bass management Crusty?
T.
Thanks. Please keep us posted. I'd like to know if this firmware has had any adverse effects.

Thanks, mate. Glad to hear that.
I have now uploaded them to my webspace and they are now available to download from the link in the Software Sticky.
