New DTT pvr from down under

    Just came across another twin tuner DVB-t (aka DTT/freeview in the UK) pvr box, the Topfield TF5000PVRt. It has twin tuners, hdd, lots of other features inc 2x CI slots (could be used for TUTV). Unfortunately, it only seems to be available in OZ at present. It could be the answer to a lot of our wishes.

    There are several companies in Germany selling them from about £470. Quite a bit more than the existion opposition, but then it does a lot more. The guy with the user site has even managed to record HD DTT transmissions with it. You can easily transfer recordings from the PVR to your pc via the usb link.

    It has, as far as I can see, industry standard CI slots. Therefore it should be able to take a TuTv CAM and smart card.
