I have been following the instructions on www.hummer.co.uk to install a new hard drive. I was carefully (os so I thuoght) removing the cable from the hard drive and the cable came away from the connector in the drive.

Is this a standard cable that I can get replaced - although it is quite short. Can anyone advise please I am now having a nightmare!

    Thanks in advance.

In the short term (until your new cable arrives) you could use a standard cable.

I have felt like my right arm was severed without the ability to use SKY+ or in fact watch any TV last night :zonked:
