    Looks quite nice if you ask me, all depends on price and how it sounds and of course the software.

    Yep. I love the way companies get themselves noticed by blatently ripping off Apple and then waiting for it to hit the fan... :D

    The battery is user replaced , im sure a better battery could be found.
    cant seem to find where its available or price

    I doubt it, it is the unit itself which drains power not the fact the battery is crap (which Im sure its not).
