New Build - Some questions

Im looking to start my first MCE build in the next week once I decide on 1 of 3 cases. I have a number of questions for you before I start building though.

1. I have Sky Digital as my only UK TV source (no terrestrial analogue). What is the best card for me to use and why?
2. Is there a way to make MCE play Real fromat video and audio?
3. I watch internet tv streams in NSV format (Winamps own streaming format). Is there a way to force this to play in MCE?
4. What is internet access like from within MCE? Can you navigate normal internet pages and input usernames/passwords with just the remote?

Cant think of any others for now. If I do I will repost.
