new amp

    Please could anyone tale me which is the better amp. The denon AVC-A10SE or the yamaha AX1 or cyrus avs/xpa.

    I aint done a side by side with these two but I have the ax1 and I can tell you it is an awesome bit of kit.It only has one rear centre but you could always daisy chain two together.I personally use one and find this plenty for the size of my room.ax1 rocks.

    Check out www.hifichoice.co.uk - go to "Buyers Guide" and then select "Multi-channel amplifiers". All three of the models you mention are reviewed on there.

    I like HiFi Choice, but I have to say their AV reviews are bad.
    Better of doing it yourself.
    Take their opinions as a rough guide only.
