Currently have pioneer vsx s300 amp ,Q acoustics 2010i front with Q acoustics 2000 centre, ceiling speakers monitor audio 100series x3 and Cambridge audio sub.
Can't seem to get the sound right with the amp , bought it as I only had room for slimline originally but now have more room , my tv room is 20ft x18ft with high ceilings , wood floor, plastered walls and some soft furnishings and as a result doesn't help with the thin/ bright sound. Got no neighbours so want to be able to go loud with the speakers I already have ,budget upto £500. Hope someone can advise or suggest options please.
