Networking Nightmare

I just bought 2 "Hisense 58" Class (57.5" Diag.) 4K Ultra HD LED LCD TV" from Costco. I unboxed one and neither the Wireless Networking nor the Ethernet work. The Wireless sees the network, then when I go to connect it says that it could not find the network, and the Ethernet always says "Not Connected". And, the Ethernet cable won't "snap" into place, no matter hard hard I press it in or what cable I try. Is this TV model just a piece of garbage, or should I bother unboxing the other to see if I have better luck?

I think you should unbox and try the 2nd one...at least you'll then know if that particular model is flaky or the 1st one was faulty.
