Network key help (2 digits too many)

Can you help with the following ?

I have had this problem before but cant remember the correct way.
I have a pc conected in oe room through ethernet and another im trying to connect wireless from another room.

It has worked with no problemS for months, it is only after a complete reinstall of the pc which is wireless that as meant I need to know the wep key.

When generating the key through zyxel config page the key is always 2 digits long.
Have you any ideas ?

Just manually override and change the WEP key. You can select how many bits to encrypt the WEP key. I would suggest the most secure 256bit.

Even though WEP is totally worthless and can be cracked in 2 minutes, it's better than nothing.
ZyXEL doesn't support WPA on old routers. Not sure about the new one.
