Hi,
I am trying to install the software for my Netgear router model WGT624, however just after starting it comes up with the message network adapter not working! I can surf net etc without problem & have tried rebooting laptop & modem without success, any ideas?

I'm not very good with computers so be gentle please..........

You shouldn''t have to install software for the router itself onto your PC.

How are you accessing the router? Via ethernet cable or wireless?

If ethernet cable you won't need any drivers or to use the setup disk as it'll just plug straight into yoor ethernet port on your PC or laptop.

IF wireless the you only need the drivers for the wireless adaptor.
