Netgear WTG624v3 open nat for xbox live

I'm sure it has been posted before, but here's the deal. Nothing I do has worked. I followed all the steps on portforward.com I set up a static IP for my 360 and everything. I was reading some of the troubleshooting threads but nothing they have seems to help. I can connect to xbox live just fine but it always tells me i have a strict NAT type. Anyone have any suggestions? and again, I know this has been posted before but NOTHING i have done has helped

Have you tried manually forwarding the ports that Xbox Live uses?

You mean port fprwarding on my router to 53, 80, 88, 3074

The static ip address that you have set for the 360, did you do that on the console or set it through the router?

Is UPnP switched by default in Netgear routers these days? I only ask as I've not used one for about two years.
