Netflix won't run in my UE5300 (2015) Smart-Tv

I am able to run Amazon Prime just fine, but Netflix says:
'Unable to connect to Netflix.'

Unfortunately the Samsung OS won't allow me to uninstall it either.
Any ideas?

Have you any other device, such as a firestick, you can test netflix on? What are you using to access the Internet with, your bb provider, any non-standard settings?

Thanks for asking cuke2u. I used to use a firestick precisely, and Netflix was running fine. I can no longer do it as the HDMI ports went caput
So now I have no choice but to use the standard Samsung OS.

I was able to get Netflix running again!
A Netflix representative advised to use that "tv remote control arrow buttons" code to sign in. That's it!
