Question Netflix Suddenly Stopped Working on a Samsung 40" 4K Ultra HD Smart HDR UE40KU6400 TV

    I have a Samsung 40" 4K Ultra HD Smart HDR UE40KU6400 TV that I bought in June last year. I also have a Netflix account. Since a couple of days ago, Netflix has stopped working on it and I cannot access any of the films as when I try to do so, the screen goes blank.

    On my other TVs, Netflix is working fine but neither of those are a Samsung.

    What I wanted to know was, could this be that Samsung are working on an update of some sort for some of their TVs and I will have to wait until this is updated?

    I cannot think what else the problem could be. Has anyone else had this problem or could point me to an explanation on why this is happening?
