Sorry if this should be placed in the users thread but i cant find any reference to this netlix issue anywhere.

Took delivery of my TV yesterday and its all set up (very happy with the picture and no banding issues)

Now all the apps work apart from netflix which gives a error code - UI 113

Is there a way of deleting an app and then reinstalling it

i have BT infinity and there was mention on a samsung thread of users having the same code when using a BT router.
