NETFLIX - connecting problem

I have been using Netflix for a little while. Recently, haven't been able to access the service. Have checked all connections, which confirm connection (including broadband to BT Infinity).
my current TV is a Panasonic TX-P65VT50B. Netflix is the only service I can't connect with via my TV, all other on-line services are OK. would very much appreciate any help given. Many thanks,

Not a whole lot you can do really, you could try switching to Google DNS servers I've heard that can resolve some connectivity problems but it might affect Netflix performance.
