Hi all,
Looking for some help please, I have a Netflix account but only sign up for a couple of months per year to catch up on tv shows.
I have just gone to sign in and it keeps taking me to the register page. I have tried the 'forgotten password' feature but it says my email address isn't a valid one.
The last time I used it was last year from Febuary to April so am wondering if it's been deleted.
I don't mind because it's offering me a free month if I make a new account but I had my shows bookmarked.

EDIT: Seems they do now close inactive accounts. All sorted now.
