    Since my XP Movie Maker went up the spout (I'm not putting Service Pack 2, on, thats what caused all this!) I have been looking for a decent DVD Authoring package etc.

    I liked the Fade In/Outs etc that Movie Maker v2 had and now I would like a programme that does a similar job.

    Does anyone think that this programme will do the job.

    Forgot to mention, I have some freebie software from various manufacturers;

    Intervideo WinCoder, WinProducer
    MGI videoWave III
    Ulead VideoStudio etc.

    I have also used Ulead DVD Moviefactory, but this won't edit the raw files etc before the authoring process.

    Thanks

    Thanks, but I have tried that Movie Maker 2 file before.

    I have the familiar problem of it failing to save movies.

    I have noticed that Nero Express 3 doesn't seem to allow me to save individually 'split' segments as separate files etc.

    THis is all a complete nightmare.
