Any danger that Disney/Pixar might do a Monsters Inc with the R2 and add DTS after we've all bought the R1?

    Anyone heard anything like this?

Well, they've just done it with the Lion King - but Disney don't seem to make a big fuss out of DTS, they rarely mention it on the packaging.

Like I said in the other topic :

Disney UK has the policy to release all bigger titles with DTS sound so Finding Nemo is one of them.
I spoke with a spokesman for Disney at the presentation of Lion King and he said that Finding Nemo and Aladdin will have DTS when released on dvd.

Expect the Finding Nemo dvd around March.

To be honest, I can't see the point of hanging on for the R2 just for DTS.

I have a DTS system, but I'll be going for the R1 as it's cheaper and it'll be here 4 months before the R2.

And if the DD mix is as good as the one for the Lion King then quite frankly my dear, I won't give a damn
