The wife says I can't eat in front of the telly on the couch anymore so I have two options...

    1. I need to mount a Pioneer 435XDE and require a swivel mount so I can eat at the dinner table. So what's a good value one please and where to I source?

    or

    2. Anyone want to buy my wife - hardly used. Does a good microwave dinner and enjoys shopping. She can also mulit-task by talking ******** to her mates on the landline whilst sending text messages.

Try actually switching off your telly whilst you eat (I had to do this after using a fixed mount for my 435XDE).
It was a relevation to me - suddenly I had more time to read my AV mags :-b

Strewth that's a complicated one AV sales have got. Tried also www.unicol.com They do various options, a single swing out arm might be all you need. They say you need one of their flat mounts also at nearly £200. I say, Veda makes their mounts 1 way, my drill makes them another, and 4 x 10mm metric bolts fixes the way cheaper mount to the arm... saves a packet.

Extend your middle finger and tell your wife you've got a swivel mount...

Alternativly, buy or steal 6 wooden beer crates from the pub, a sheet of 8x4 18mm MDF and create the perfect modern art dinning table in front of the couch. then post a pic of the wife and maybe we can do better than the £20 already on offer

Are you saying the you MUST watch TV EVERY time you have dinner? Always something that you must watch? Consider the option of DVD or VCR recorder too...

The cheapest method is to put a wall mount on to a shopping trolley and swivel to your hearts content. :rotfl:
