I need to get a new S-VHS video recorder to play my old edited camcorder footage. However, I have used both audio tracks on the tape (hi-fi sterio track for sound from the camera and linear mono track for music etc). I need a model that will play both tracks at the same time.

I don't want to pay much and was thinking of either the Panasonic NVSV120 which I've seen for £150 or the JVC HR S5965 which ranges between £100 and £150 most places. Does anyone know whether either of these players will play both tracks together?

    Thanks
