need new energy suppliers!! recommendations!!

for some reason the dragon that runs the household wants new energy suppliers, i think we are with southern electric at the moment and Britsh Gas, can any one recommed new suppliers who are cheaper and relaible? preferbly same company for both supplies. cheers! also if there are any to avoid those too!!
