    Hi,
I have put a splitter on the composite output of my HT system (simple Hyundai all in one). One cable is connected to the TV set and the other to the projector (Hitachi TX100).
I use composite for my old VCR.
I do not need to have an image on both devices at once, but want this configuration so I could choose to watch videos on either device without connecting and disconnecting cables.
The problem is that the image has deteriorated substantially (on both devices), regardless if they are turned on or not.
Is there any solution to this that does not involve any switching mechanism?
