Hey guys,

It's time to move to a bigger TV from my 10 year old 32". I am not looking for a TV in the 45-50 range which is ideal for my living room. I have a modest budget about $600-750.

- don't need 3D
- I don't play games
- mostly watch TV and movies. Will sometimes stream from iPad or iPhone through Apple TV.
- if TV has higher than 60hz refresh rate, it needs to show natural motion for movies, or allow me to turn off interpolation. I hate the soap opera look on movies.
- watch soccer and mma sometimes
- all my streaming goes through Apple TV, so "smart" features are ok but not so important
- image quality on dark and bright conditions

These are some of the TVs I have been looking at:

SAMSUNGS

this one seems like a bargain for 50"

$699 at costco
Samsung 50" Class 1080p 60Hz Smart LED HDTV UN50H5500AF

PANASONIC

I pay a little less than this through a corporate discount
Panasonic TC-50AS530U - 50 Class Life+ Screen AS530 Series Smart LED LCD TV (49.5 Diag.)

LG

also $699
LG 50" Class 1080p 120Hz Smart LED HDTV 50LB6100

I have read lots of reviews, but most sites don't have reviews for all these models to compare. I did not consider Vizio as I believe as far as image quality they would be inferior to the ones above. But let me know if I am wrong.

What do you think ? Anything else I should consider?

Thanks so much

Thanks for letting me know, but how does it being a UK/EU forum a limitation to get help with my TV? Anybody can check the specs, see my needs, and make a suggestion, even if it's not the same exact models.
