Need help making formulas on Mac Numbers

Anyone know how to do a percentage formula for multiple cells for 2 rows? For example B2:B10/C2:C10%.
So far I get an error with this formula but can set it up per pair of cells.

Don't know Mac Numbers but if I did it in a spreadsheet

=product(sum(B2:B10)/sum(C2:C10), 0.1)

Thanks, computer says no to that too.

Edit: I found that it works logically in Excel - Mac Numbers very limited.

does that give 1/10th of the sum B2 through and including B10?

In the result cell:

=sum(B2:B10)/sum(C2:C10)

then change that cell format to percentage.
