Question Need help for a whole home receiver amplifier system

I just bought a new home and the seller took his receiver with him. The house has in ceiling speakers and I wanted to make use of them. Unfortunately I've never setup something like this before and would appreciate any recommendations or advise.

The living room has 5 speakers, 2 front and 3 rear. There are also two speakers in the nearby kitchen. I believe all of these are on the same volume control.

Outside on the deck there is one speaker, on it's own volume control.

In the next floor, on the bedroom level there are 3 speakers. One in the master bath, one in the master bedroom and one in the hallway. These are on two different volume controls.

I don't think there are any other speakers. I have attached a picture of the wires that are left behind that I need to connect to in case that helps. Home receiver

My main uses are going to be to hook up the living room ones to a television, and the whole house to listen to music, probably over spotify.

I'd appreciate advise on what system to get, and whether there is a system with built in spotify that I could use for this.

My budget is below $1500. Not sure what I should spend for a decent system. I'm not an audiophile, but I would like one that sounds decent and has support for my TV, xBox (netflix!), and spotify built in

I would really appreciate any help, sorry for the noob question, this is my first home audio setup. After lots of reading, it looks like a Sonos connect with an amplifier would be an option, any recommendations on this setup, and any recommendations for an amplifier?
