Need AV jack cable - help !

    I don't know what this cable is called but I need one cheaply on-line.

    Both ends are the same and look just like the 'plug in' end of your typical headphones.

    The only difference is that it's not just audio but video too.

    Just to clarify, if you look at your headphones plug, you see the pointy bit has 2 black bands , so the cable I need should have 3 black bands.

    probably manufacturer specific mate panny use one like that for their portable DVD players, not sure where you would buy one whats it for?

    You can buy the connectors at www.keene.co.uk - search for product code KLC38 and make up your own leads, or they do do a custom made cable service but you'll need to phone them on 0870 990 9000 for that.

    I think your referring to a 3.5mm 4 pole jack to 3 x RCA, usually 2 audio and 1 video, although can be three audio.
    Actually that's irrelevant :smoke:

    They are commonly used in video cameras where output connector real-estate is a premium.
    And as such most places that sell video cameras should stock what you are after.
