Right, thanks for all the comments on the last setup. Nearly made a big mistake on the mobo front, but hopefully corrected that below.
I've now moved back to a mATX mobo and now added a PCI dual DVB-T tuner and a PCI dual DVB-S tuner, leaving the PCI-e x16 for the GPU and the PCI-e for the wifi.
