Been looking for a new TV since I first saw the Panasonic 32PD30, still the best TV I've seen but due to this and that I never was able to buy one. Anyhow, been lookin ever since, first Plasmas and later on for LCDs. First settled on a Philips 9976, then saw the 9986, thought I'd wait for the 9830, but realised it's a bit too expencive at the moment. I do however really want a new set by now, still have that old 21" (or if it's 24") which needs to warm up until I can select which channel to look at, and there's a high-pitch noise when bright scenes are shown. I'm so sick and tired of not beeing able to make up my mind, always something better a couple of months away. I'd almost given up and intend to get myself a CRT, Philips 32PW9520, however they are really big, and space is limited in my home. So thought I give this another try and ask for your opinion. These are what I believe is within my price-range:
    Hitachi 32LD7200
    JVC 32S60
    LG32LP1R
    Philips 32PF7320
    Philips 32PF9966
    Samsung 32R51
    Sharp 32GA6

Almost in the same pricerange, I myself have a slight favour for the Philips 9966 (even though one of the most expencive I guess) but my better half don't want a grey/silver colored one, so next is Hitachi.
Please give me some feedback, I can not judge these at any stores, they almost always have them displayed with poor signal, and I'm afraid of getting a set which will only look grainy and have problems with re-fresh when doing sweeps of large outdoor scenes, seen it happen when having for instance a face zoomed in and moving around it, looking at the mountaines in the background shows that they somehow is not being re-freshed properly (hope someone understands what Im saying here).
