Has anyone got any experience of hiring a bartender/mixologist for a private party?

I'm in South London/Surrey and have a party in a couple of weeks (on a Wednesday night) for which I was looking to hire someone to mix some cocktails, etc.

I've found a couple of companies on Google, one called Shaker BarSchool and the other called Flying Chef.

Has anyone used either of these before?

    Any idea on costs?

Any other tips on where to find someone?

    Cheers!

Buy a Cocktail recipe book and make it a theme of the party, get people at the party to join and make em, much more fun.

BTW: Get some old towels on the floor behind the bar/table so when they try bottle throwing they wont break if they forget to catch it.
