Need advice on CD Receiver for ceiling speaker

Hi, new here, but hope someone can help me.

I am looking for a $200-$700 receiver for my dining area ceiling stereo speaker. I am not savvy regarding audio receivers so the information I am reading is a bit overwhelming tbh.

Looking for a stereo audio receiver with these capabilities:

connect to a stereo ceiling speaker (banana plugs, but can also be direct wire connections)
CD player built-in
bluetooth (for connecting to my phone for iheartradio)
usb stick player (mp3s, etc.)
sd card player (again for mp3s, etc.)
over-the air antenna capable (for am/fm radio stations)

and...possibly network streaming, but not wifi, hardwired network connection via ethernet cable.

I am sure there is something out there that would meet these requirements. Suggestions?

Since noone suggested anything I went ahead and bought a Pyle PD3000BT receiver since it seemed to have most of the features I needed. Hope it turns out to be a good receiver.
