Hi I currently own a gaming pc with windows, and a Yamaha e363.
What I'm looking for is what gear / apps to get to be able to have a studio set up so I can sing and play piano/ record audio from it to pc?
Sorry very much a newbie to what gear to get for this, need your help.
Thank you.

Welcome to AVF. I would suggest you probably need an audio interface with a microphone and a Digital Audio Workstation - DAW. Focusrite Scarlett Solo is a popular interface and it comes with a couple of free DAWs. Mic wise, I have never recorded piano, maybe something like a Sure SM57 it’s a wide frequency, directional cardioid mic and should be good for piano. You will need a mic stand as well.

Daw (Digital Audio Workstation) What is it: A DAW, or Digital Audio Workstation, is a software application for editing, recording, and creating audio files.
MIDI Controller.
A Pair of Studio Headphones.
An Audio Interface.
A Studio Recording Mic.
Subscription to a Sample Service.
