My Pioneer DV 717 has died  and so I am looking to get a new one. It's been years since I last looked into the whole DVD Home Cinema thing so I am really out of touch. Can anyone recommend a player with the following spec:

Must do NTSC to PAL transcoding as my TV cannot handle pure NTSC (PAL 60 is okay)
Must be able to output Dolby Digital AC-3 (not bothered about DTS as my amp cant handle it but might be nice for the future). Don't really want onboard decoding i.e. one you just plug speakers into as everything goes via my AV Amp
2x SCART (one should support RGB ideally)
    Digital out on Phono
    Seperate Stereo output on phono
Must support (playback) recordable DVD formats like DVD+R and DVD-R

    Optional extra features:
Would be nice if it could play back jpegs on CD/DVD
MP3 playback (not really that bothered)
    SCD Playback
    DVD Audio Playback
Any other high res (24bit) audio format that may exist.

My budget is ideally going to be between £300 - £350.

    Anything spring to mind?
