My Marantz PM4200 has seemingly died and so its time for me to get a new one i think. I have around £220 to spend on one so i was looking for some suggestions as to what to get. I would quite like an amp that supports bi-wiring but i suppose that isn't that important. The amp is going to be powering a pair of diamond 8.1s and a marantz CD6000OSE or a cambridge audio cd5. So what amp should i get? Thanks.

At that price ... the NAD C320BEE (£220) or Rotel RA-01 (£250) would be the amps that are recomended the most.

If the amp doesn't have 2 speaker terminals ... just connect both +ve and both -ve cables to the one set of terminals.
