need a DVI/HDMI hdcp to VGA converter "stripper" for Pio MXE1

does anyone have a link to a product on a site that will do dvi/hdmi to dvi/vga conversion without sending the hdcp signal ? , i may need such a device shortly for my Pio 50MXE1 to connect a HDTV settopbox

any help through PM or here is appreciated
