Nightmare! Get it done professionally, it will save a lot of heartache. If do you want to try it yourself, see http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=447131&highlight=nec+xg for more information than you can shake a stick at!

Its a superb pj, I had one for a while but the hassle in getting it set-up correctly eventually forced me to sell it. One of the best pj's around (superior to the much-vaunted Barco 808s), just a real pig to get the best out of it.

Gordon Fraser (ConvergentAV) might but I'm not sure if he still does crt set-ups these days (Gordon?), otherwise the guys at CRTProjectors http://www.crtprojectors.co.uk/installation.htm may be able to help you.

Best of luck and do let us know how you get on.

If you'd like an opportunity to practice on my 9PG Gordon, I'd be happy to accomodate you. Having got into a tangle with magnets (dare I say a tad out of my depth?) I'm now less of a fan of NECs. :)
