We've got two Nec PlasmaSync's and one of them won't play anything via the Video1 socket. Let me explain, on one of the plasma's, the DVD player connected to the Video1 socket and plays perfect video image - On the other screen, connected to the Video1 socket, it doesn't play anything - it just says "No Signal" (on all chanels). If I plug it into the DVD1 then I get a perfect black and white picture, but we need a perfect colour image.
We've read through the manuals, and gone nuts as we can't get it to work.
When I plugged a laptop into the S-Video socket, we get a colour image, but it's not sharp, and the colours aren't perfect.
On the Plasma's menu system, the colors seem ok.
Can anyone shed any light on this problem?
