Hi guys, I am looking for some advice i was given a NEC NP400 projector by a friend who bought a replacement as the image has a bright light running from top to bottom in the middle of the screen. He was told it had an optical block problem and was not worth repairing. Im just wondering does this sound right or could it be something else lamp, mainboard etc. The lamp has only 46% usage on it and he reckons this is correct as counters were never reset or anything. I have my fingers crossed that its something that could be easily fixed because im itching to hook up the xbox and get blasting away on battlefield 3
