Citibank Visa Card is offering a promotion for the new NEC 50XM3 (WXGA at 1365x768 resolution). The price is GBP3300 and I can even pay by 24 interest free instalments. I don't see, however, a lot of people talking about NEC plasmas. So can I get some advice whether this is a real bargain or not? :lease:

    Hi,

As buns says, these are excellent plasmas with a choice of 7 separate inputs including DVI ( but only HDCP compatible on the XM3/S model). At that price it does seem too good to be true - it is usually about £4500 in the UK.

This is excellent price for 50" plasma. Defenitly worth very serious consideration.

    Hi HongKees,

This is an amazing offer, that's a great plasma screen. Which Citibank Credit Card is supplying the offer & can you give us some more information, please?

If I can get that offer then I'll apply for the Credit Card ASAP because I really want that screen.

I saw that deal as well today, I said to my cousin, a hell of a deal!

There were some other plasma deals as well, but I can't remember, oh, I think the Fujitsu 42inch 30HA something went for less than 1800pounds.

Also can you imagine, the normal price for Samsung 50 inch cost more than the Pioneer 504 or Panasonic 50HD6!

They were also having special price on this one if you have Citicard - a 27inch lcd tv for 12900hkd! That is 920squids! - link. The specs looks really good!
