Nebula digiTV IR sensor interference from plasma

Exactly as the thread title states.
I found out what the problem was with my digiTV remote control ...my panasonic 37PW5 plasma!.

Moving the sensor out of direct sight of the plasma fixed all my remote problems.
Even attaching the sensor to the sides or top of the screen caused problems ( I guess the panny leaks IR from around the back/sides.
