    Hi guys realy nead some help here i have set up my HCPC

    Naw the QUESTIONS

    QUESTION

    (1) OK i have my sound card setup to my amp useing the spif out naw when i load up a dvd are cd the sound comes out. Naw when i turn the TV Card on i get no sound from my amp @ all but if i put my earphones on then i can here the TV whats going on :lease: why cant i get the sound to the amp useing SPIF :suicide:

    (2) what softwear do you think i should use and plugins ?? :smashin:

    (3) What are the setting to use with powerstrip for a HITACHI-42pd3000

    There may be a setting in the sound card's control panel to select SPDIF output. You may have to manually switch between AC3 passthru via SPDIF for DVD playback, and regular output via SPDIF for everything else. Different card types behave differently in this respect.
