    Hi,

    I am interested in a samsung NC10.

I currently stream media (standard def video and music) from my pc to my ps3 which displays on the tv (using tversity) which works well but the pc is quite far from the ps3 so the signal drops sometimes.

Could a samsung nc10 stream media to a ps3 well enough? is the processor up to steaming HD content?

    Thanks

    Simon

Easily, the netbook isnt the one processing the HD image, all its doing is sending it through your network to your ps3 which is what does all the work.

besides i know the NC10 can display 720p content w/o any problems, so the above poster was wrong unless he meant 1080p playback, which does suffer from slight stuttering.

but as i say streaming media has nothing to do with the processing capabilites of the NC10, its more to do with how you are connected to your network, gigabyte would be best then ethernet, wifi isnt ideal for HD content but should suffice for at least 720p.

hope all that made sense ;)
