The 'Native Resolution' of the PDP-50MXE1 is 1280x768 pixels.

The Display accepts a wide range of line and refresh rates via its analogue and digital inputs - including various 50Hz and 60Hz signal formats.

The Display has three Frame Rate Conversion (FRC) modes - you select which Mode to operate in via the Service menu.

FRC Mode One actually carries out Frame rate Conversion on pretty much every signal you throw at the Display - it has its inherent 'sweet' spot it likes to convert various signals too.

FRC Mode Two is probably what your after - 50Hz is converted to 100Hz and 60Hz is displayed at 60Hz.

    Best regards

    Joe

    Hi Joe,

does this apply to the 43MXE1 as well? Does it accept 1024x768 native as well over the DVI?

    Thanks
    Oliver
