    Naitonal Treasure

    IMDB: http://imdb.com/title/tt0368891/

    Trailer: http://www.apple.com/trailers/touchstone/national_treasure/

I saw this 2 1/2 hour movie last night. It reminded me of Indiana Jones. This is actually a VERY good movie. I went in with low expectations, but went to see it anyways because it is Thanksgiving. I was pleasantly surprised. I can see why this is a hit in the box office. 8/10

What a refreshing change to see a Brit as a villain in an American film.

Awful Hollywood 'culture bending' (for want of a better term) film like Sahara.

I just didn't get 'the time, the place' :thumbsdow

    Nothing like Indiana Jones

    Wow, didn't realise..two years old!
Thought it was a bit odd discussing a not so recent film like National Treasure.

I also hoped it was about a tv series based on the film - would have been a good idea, providing Nic Cage wasn't in it!

I got sent it by screen select last week. Thought it was c***. As bad as Sahara which I had the misfortune to see on Monday.

Yep, I believe they are making a sequel...

I'm a little ashamed to say I enjoyed this movie... I know I perhaps shouldn't have as it's a bit corny, but what the Hell !

Thought someone had dug Master Rahl up for a moment.:D

I actually enjoyed this film, but them I liked Sahara too. Nice to have a no brainer predictable pop corn flick one in a while. Although in my defence I only bought Sahara because a friends brother designed the speedboat, honest.

My wife and I both enjoyed National Treasure and Sahara as well. Both have terrific picture and sound, and both enjoyable nonsense as well!!
Whats wrong with being entertained in a far-fetched sort of way occasionally?
We should't feel guilty or ashamed to be seen enjoying this type of movie - its called entertainment!!
