    i cannot decide what region of national treasure to buy the R2 comes out on the 25th of april but will be more expensive probably at £12.99. while the R1 comes out a week later but is cheaper at £7.50.

    I can't comment on the extras but the film is nice harmless family friendly mental popcorn.

    On my ratings it gets
    plot :)
    action :smashin:

    overall :thumbsup: :D with a side order of :rotfl: and :eek:

    Your both on drugs.

    If you have expectations of this being a mindless bit of action fluff then you will not be disappointed(I wasn't).

    miller25,

    I would definitely go for R1, with that kind of price difference!

    These are the extras on R2 according to play
    * National Treasure On Location
    * Opening Scene Animatic
    * Alternate Ending
    * Deleted Scenes
    * Treasure Hunters Uncovered
    * The Knights Templar
    * Riley's Decode This
    * Roadblock Easter Egg - this being unique to R2 I think

    While R1 according to play adds

    * Verizon Bonus: Trailer, Cheat Codes, Get It Now Description
    * Other Bonus Material: Anagram Puzzle, Decode This! Challenges (3), Level 2 Secret Key, Master Code, Log Book, Index of all Bonus Features

    Again, with the price difference I think its no sweat.

    Make that three of us on drugs then...

    Dreadful, dreadful film. Another £100 million dollar exercise in stupidity. Even with the low expectaions engendered by the name "Jerry Bruckheimer" this still managed to bore beyond endurance.

    Boom-thud-crash, people running around, etc.

    It's another one where flicking the buttons on a video game controller will help you feel some sense of involvement with what's on the screen. :thumbsdow :thumbsdow :thumbsdow
