    Yes it true. Valve have confirmed that the HL2 source code has been stolen.
    Loads of web sites are carrying images of the stolen stuff. When compiled so of the game is there but not much.
    It's likely that this code will be used to create 'cheats' for the final game when it ships.

    nVidia fanboys are pointing to references to one of Ati's DX9 guru's being mentioned throughout the code. Fanboys need to get a grip.
