You can try Synology, they have very good mobile apps.

it depends on what you mean by 'access' the NAS.

I use a ReadyNas, and access my NAS using ES File Explorer, which allows me to manage files on the NAS.

What are your requirements for the App?

Synology have the best tablet/phone apps, there are third party tools you can use like ES File Explorer or Network Browser but Synology solutions are easier with the same app across each platform.

The downside of using an app from synology is that it lacks integration with other network sources. Where as esfile explorer well allow you to easily copy from nas to Dropbox to Google drive to local storage.

I've not used the Synology App (don't have Synology NAS). What advantage does it have over ES file explorer?
Considering I'm not about to invest in a new NAS for some time, ES File explorer is at least platform agnostic.

As far as the OP is concerned, they need to detail what they specifically want from a NAS, and from an App, so that the list of options is not narrowed.
