As per title I'm after a reasonable nas drive or enclosure

If it comes with discs then must be at least 1tb

Pref a small form factor and good for serving up films and music.

Perhaps something like a zyxel one bay etc?

    Why?

    Price and currency: £100
    Location: Colchester Essex

If you want something amazing for peanuts then grab a n54l microserver with £100 off you can get it new for under 100 delivered.
I have/am running a synology 713+ with an extra 2 bay expansion (total cost around £500 without disks) I have had this for a year and it is faultless, however you can now install the whole synology dsm software onto a hp microserver. Which I had a spare one lying around so installed xpenology onto it and presto I have a 4 bay nas with redundancy for under £100 that performs MUCH faster transcoding etc than my 500 worth of synology gear. Seriously tempted to sell off the synology and just use this!
Thought I would throw that thought at you as you have a budget of £100. Easy to install the os then plex media server, sickbeard, couch potato, iTunes server etc etc.

    :)

Thanks for the heads up but I think it will be on the large side for the space I have to sit something in
