Works with Alexa, IOS & Android.

    Nanoleaf Light Panels

Can see these having a place in the Smart home, cinema rooms, music rooms and just general chill area's around the house.

My daughters are planning these for their bedroom refurbs. Will be a nice experiment.

Yeah, I wouldn’t want them set apart like that with wires everywhere. Connected edge to edge they look far better.

The Nanoleaf square with touch sensitivity look really good, can see them being expensive compared to the Aurora though

I also don’t think the touch is for everywhere. Naturally each home is different, but for ours where I want the light isn’t necessarily where I’d like to touch for it. Further more one of the things experimenting with Hue has taught me is that automation is really important. When setup properly you don’t even realise it’s on, nor have the need/feel to switch something on.

That to me is another part I need to educate myself on a bit more with these panels.

The touch version still works the same as the original Nanoleaf as far as I can see, it just has touch as an extra for tactile lighting effects. The base station has a microphone and motion sensor built in.

I could see it getting annoying with the kids / visitors constantly messing about with it!

Does anyone have these in the same room as hue 'richer colors' lights?

I'm just curious how the colors match?
