hi all
just a quick question: this may be better off in the Subs forum, but i'm not totally sure, as its more to do with the reciever i'm using anyway.
anyway - as a quick fix, i'm using an Ashdown Bass Amp as a sub before i buy my BK XLS
There are two sub pre-outs on the rear panel of the 743, i'm assuming these should be essentially mono outputs. so a dual-phono to 3.5mm stereo jack should power both channels on the 3.5mm jack. a 3.5mm - 6.3mm stereo adaptor would allow the 6.3mm input on the amp to take the stereo input, but as it's only a mono input on the amp itself, would this have any major affect on the amp? its not ideal, i know, but its only a quick fix.
if this makes no sense i'm sure i can do a drawing in paint
(its a quiet day at work
cheers
regards
Tom
EDIT: sorry, put this in the wrong forum...
could anyone with power please move this to the Integrated Amplifiers & Receivers forum...cheers
